Professional Business Owners
Becoming
great at what you do takes time, discipline and commitment to being
open to learn. Always,
the most important learning is what you learn about yourself.
As authors Kouzes and Posner say in their bestseller, The
Leadership Challenge, “we'll find in the years to come that the
most critical knowledge for all of us -and for leaders especially-
will turn out to be self-knowledge”.
"If
you want to build your business and at the same time have a
rewarding personal life, you call a coach."

lonely position. It is important to be able to interact with people
who have the same commitments that you have and who are also trying
to reach a level of excellence. This program
is exclusively offer to P.Eng business owners.
Creating
And Maintaining High Impact Teams
In
a fast paced environment we often focus, on the basis of
assumptions, on curing the symptoms versus dealing with the cause. The
4 step process focuses on the assessment of the team, evaluating,
and/or creating new or alignment with existing goals and objectives.

The Coaching Skills
Workshop
This
intense one day workshop is practice based and skill oriented to
address issues that managers deal with on the job. Participants
will be introduced to the Five-Step Coaching Model, which will act
as the blueprint to build the skills, abilities, and confidence
necessary to be highly effective coaches.
This interactive session, split into three
modules, is designed to be facilitated by a trainer-coach that has
the experience and actively models the skills being developed. It
will cover coaching situations encountered by the participants and
will allow them the opportunity to introduce the existing issues
that they are dealing with.
Communicating
With Styles
This
half-day workshop is designed to give participants insight into how
their communications styles impact their success in working with
people.
We
use an interactive approach to getting the participants to thinking
about how they communicate. As
we communicate in a faster paced and more crowded world; we can no
longer rely on our ability to connect with just a few people and not
others. The mastery of
skills to communicate in a much more sophisticated and knowledgeable
way is critical to bringing about the results we desire in our
world, both personally and professionally.
Whether we are working in a large company, an entrepreneurial
business, or self-employed; such understanding of others will serve
us and the people we interact with very well.

What
do you value?
Good
companies identify their values; Great companies live their values. This is about how your values can affect the job you do as
well as the commitment of talented resources within the
organization.
Are you paid what you are
worth?
Now more than ever is the time to proactively
find ways to increase your compensation to what you are worth. This
session looks at the essential elements you need to establish your
value ($$$), then moves on to examples of strategies other
professionals have used to get what they want.
Creating
a Successful Personal Brand
What
creates your personal brand? The
how and why you end up in the same place as you were before. What is
it that will allow you to change your branding and let you redefine
who you are and where you want to go next?
Simply the Plan
Are
you trying to grow your existing business or start a new one? What
are the challenges that stop you from moving to the next level?
The
failure of new business or business expansion is largely due to the
lack of up front planning. We continually hear war stories of how
dedicated people have tried to succeed with a business, yet a year
later wish that they had maybe used a different approach when they
started.
This
session will cover the key elements of an effective business plan,
as well as highlight the areas to focus on when you develop your
practice. |
